Tender description
In response to the DLO Health Check report which was raised at the Housing Transformation Programme Board (December 2016) it was identified that we needed to grow the DLO and reduce the amount of work going out externally to the P2014 alliance contractors. It was proposed that we procure 4 separate contractors to operate under the direct control of the DLO Managers in order to take on £99K of general building work each as a quick response.
