Who Speclialist Work With The supplier will work in close collaboration with the existing business intelligence team, currently comprising a BI Lead (will lead on user requirements and project manage this release in conjunction with the supplier), a Warehouse Manager and a Reporting Analyst. Recruitment is underway for a Reporting Manager, an additional Reporting Analyst and a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst (2 days per week). In addition, there are about 40 to 50 key business and clinical staff across the Trust who have strong working relationships with the BI programme. What Specialists Work On SWYPFT is looking for a supplier to provide new development and continued support for its Business Intelligence programme from July 2017 until December 2017 (estimated). Where the Work Takes Place The work will be done primarily at Fieldhead Hospital, Ouchthorpe Lane, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, WF1 3SP. Visits to other Trust sites will be required, in Barnsley, Huddersfield, and Halifax etc. Some of the work will be able to be done off-site but the emphasis is on joint working with the existing team. Early Market Engagement SWYPFT has been developing its Business Intelligence programme for the last eighteen months to support the Trust priority of data driven improvements and innovation. This has been on a release based delivery cycle. The data warehouse currently encompasses mental health data from RiO and incident data from Datix. The next stage of work (R3) will involve integration of community data from SystmOne into the warehouse to provide actionable intelligence to community teams in the Trust. An inital suite of reporting will be required. R3 will also incorporate coaching and mentoring of existing staff to enable a self-sufficient and sustainable programme of work moving forwards. Working Arrangements The methodology employed by the Trust is evolutionary, incremental, collaborative, and iterative. These principles apply across all aspects of the work. Whilst some of the technical work may be done off-site, all user interaction wil be done locally. An essential component of delivery is working with and training up Trust staff. Coaching and mentoring will be crucial, and this will also involve local working.
