Mole Valley District Council is tendering for a Customer Transaction Management solution that will be seen as an enabler to reduce duplication, improve data quality and make relevant information available to the right people at the right time regardless of the complexities of the legacy back office systems. To achieve this vision, The Council is looking for an appropriate technological solution that will have the capacity to enable both simple and more complex transactions and interactions to be delivered transparently The Council is intending to contract for an off site, cloud based solution that is fit for purpose, adaptable and future proofed to enable the system to change as the customer service requirements that are expected of The Council alter. The Council is looking for a long term commitment to offer the product and support for the next 3 years with the option to extend the contract for up to a further 2 x 2 Year options.
