Breakdown and recovery services for motor vehicles

Tender description

The Scottish Police Authority require twenty four (24) hours a day, three hundred and sixty five (365) days a year, breakdown roadside assistance, repair and recovery for all vehicles owned or operated by them. The Contractor must be able to provide the Service to all areas of the United Kingdom, including all islands within the United Kingdom. It is the intention of the SPA that any contract awarded pursuant to this ITT will be awarded to one contractor. The SPA is not bound to accept the lowest or any Offer or Tender and reserves the right not to award any contract pursuant to the ITT and the procurement process of which it forms part. Subject to the requirements of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 as amended, should the SPA approve the award of a contract, a formal written acceptance will be issued on its behalf to the successful Tenderer.
