Tender description

The role is to provide support and assistance to the senior management team in achieving best value for money, developing key programme milestones, minimising risk and maximising quality. An on-going management role to provide support and assistance to the existing project team and senior management in achieving the successful completion of the projects. The named Project Manager must be available as required until at least the end of 2018 to meet the needs of the Project for Phases one and two. It is likely that there services will be required into 2019 for the completion of Work Package Three. Work Package One — includes the refurbishment of Sale and Urmston Leisure Centres. Work Package Two — includes the building of a new leisure centre in Altrincham. Work Package Three — includes Stretford Leisure Centre and does not have a timeline in place.
