Havant Borough Council ("the Council") would like to invite you to quote for the Provision of a Joint Room Booking System [Software] (for Havant and East Hants Councils). The Document is available via the Capita esourcing portal: https://procurementsolutions.esourcingportal.com We would like to advise if you are a member of the Capita group of companies, and are interested in a particular project or requirement you must inform us at the point you register on the portal and more importantly when you express interest in the project, by sending a message via the portal messaging service for that project. This will enable the Capita Procurement team to invoke the ethical walls process with yourselves and the 5C's and ensure a transparent and compliant quotation/tender process is delivered.
