Tender description

The purpose of this document is to invite you to submit a tender in to meet the requirements of Luton Borough Council's Building Technical Services for the supply and delivery of Composite, Composite Fire Doors and Shed and Garage Doors. As part of The Councils door supply program you are invited to quote for 2017 -2020 starting from July 2017.The Tender will be split into 3 Lots: Lot 1 Composite Doors; Lot 2 Composite Fire Doors; Lot 3 Shed and Garage Doors. The Council reserve the right to award more than one Supplier per lot and plan to award a main contractor per lot and a second contractor for a fail-safe supply of the specification. The Suppliers will be awarded based on the top 2 ranked after the quality and price scoring is completed. LBC have an ongoing rolling programme of installing shed doors and gates, composite front and back doors to houses and fire doors to flats to the housing stock in Luton as part of The Councils planned works contracts.
