Tender description

Herbicide Spraying to Highway Footpaths and Associated Areas Tender for up to three Herbicide Treatments of Footpaths, Back Lanes and Hard Surfaces throughout the City of Sunderland per annum. Herbicide treatment of footpaths, central reservations/cross over areas, back lanes and hard surfaces including all cemeteries throughout the City of Sunderland. The estimated area to be treated is approximately 508 hectares, including 2 200 km of footpaths and 1 214 km of adopted public highways. Glyphosate treatment to the full area on up to three occasions commencing: — June / July, — September / October, — A third treatment may be required dependant on weed growth.
