Provision of Winter Road Forecasting within the geographical area of Perth and Kinross, Dundee, Angus, Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire, Moray and Highland Council. The contract includes but is not limited to: daily 24 and 36 hour forecasts; daily 2-5 day text forecasts; 24-hour weather consultancy services; Site specific forecasts; Domain based forecasting; and Route based forecasting.
