Tender for Distribution of Sandwell Herald The council is seeking Tenders from contractors to handle the distribution of the Sandwell Herald newspaper throughout the borough of Sandwell. The council is looking for a contractor to cover a minimum of one and a maximum of four distributions per annum for the period 1 July 2017 until 30 June 2021.
