Tender description

Who Speclialist Work With Working with various workstreams within ISS (Design, XF, Security PlatDel, Svc Ops) other MoD departments, as well as J Branches within the JOA - NSoIT MSP and Network MSPs. A mix of Civil Servants, Military personnel and Contractors. What Specialists Work On Provide support and assurance to the delivery of NSoIT and OEHE fixed infrastructure throughout the Op Kipion Joint Operational Area (JOA). Overseeing that MoD responsibilities in delivering fixed infrastructure is satisfactorily discharged E2E, managing delivery of infrastructure to theatre through Defence Supply Chain and Defence Courier Services, monitor progress on site implementation and reporting progress to stakeholders. Where the Work Takes Place Primary Base - MoD Corsham, there will be a need to travel to Purple Gate Location(s) in the UK and the Op Kipion JOA. T&S will be available at MoD Civilian Rates. Early Market Engagement Working Arrangements All tasking will take place from MoD Corsham and you are required there 5 days a week, the working day is 8 hours to include 30 minutes for lunch. Day visits may be required to Purple gate locations in the UK. Overnight visits will only be permitted if permission is sought in advance. The will also be occasions where overseas travel will be necessary to Op Kipion JOA. Work Location Primary Base - MoD Corsham, there will be a need to travel to Purple Gate Location(s) in the UK and the Op Kipion JOA. T&S will be available at MoD Civilian Rates. Security Clearance DV Clearance must be in place prior to the contract starting due to the projects the individual is required to work with, the DV Clearance should not lapse during the assignment. CONDO Training must be completed Additional T&Cs Intermediaries legislation applies to this assignment (Inside IR35), take this into account when choosing your candidate and ensure they are aware at the outset. Skills & Experience Provide evidence of skills and experience of delivering GFX complexities within the region - 30% Provide evidence of skills and experience of following ISSP 154 Logistics Supply and Reverse chains - 20% Provide evidence of and experience of using the MoD CONDO processes - 20% Nice to Haves Provide evidence of skills and experience with previous DII infrastructure delivery to that region - 10% Provide evidence and knowledge of the NSoIT solutions - 10% Provide evidence of skills and experience of the OEHE deliverable - 10% No. of Specialists to Evaluate 3 Cultural Fit Criteria Work as a team with our organisation and other suppliers Transparent and collaborative when making decisions Have a no-blame culture and encourage people to learn from their mistakes Assessment Method Evaluation Weighting Technical competence 65% Cultural fit 5% Price 30% Questions from Suppliers Budget range £453 per day (ex vat) to include agency fees. please note that intermediaries legislation applies to this assignment, take this into account when choosing your candidate and ensure they are aware at the outset. plus up to £10k travel expenses
