Tender description

Tideway are tendering for Suppliers to form part of their Framework Agreement for Resourcing and Recruitment services. The Framework Agreement will comprise 2 Lots, with 3 suppliers in each Lot. Suppliers in Lot 1 will provide Tideway with interim and permanent Information Systems (IS) Specialists and suppliers in Lot 2 will provide Tideway with interim and permanent non IS categories of staff. The services in Lot 2 will also include ad-hoc recruitment services, such as response handling, CV sifting, candidate feedback and candidate attraction and marketing, amongst others. It is our intention that all Suppliers will sit within each Lot at the same level, there will be no tiered structure. Services will be called off by conducting mini-competitions with the Suppliers. Applicants are referred to the Pre-Qualification Pack (‘PQP’) and accompanying Procurement Documents for further information on the scope of the procurement and the Services to be performed by the successful Tenderer. Tideway require the provision of temporary and permanent staff within the Information Systems (IS) category of work. The overarching role and purpose of the Framework Agreement for Lot 1 is to support the Information Systems department at Tideway in fulfilling their function of delivering and maintaining the information technology needs of the Project requiring either interim contractor resourcing or permanent recruitment requirements. Resource needs to be available in a flexible and reliable manner to meet the requirements of the project. It is Tideway's intention that all Suppliers will sit within each lot at the same level, there will be no tiered structure. A mini-competition will be conducted in each instance whereby relevant job descriptions will be released to all Suppliers on the same lot at the same time. The objective criteria governing the mini-competitions will be set out in the Framework Agreement. Further information on the scope of the Framework and the procurement is included in the PQP and accompanying Procurement Documents. Tideway require the provision of interim and permanent (non Information Systems) resource. This covers areas of the business such as; Finance, Property, Procurement and Communications, amongst others. It is Tideway's intention that all suppliers will sit within each Lot at the same level, there will be no tiered structure. A mini-competition will be conducted in each instance whereby relevant job descriptions will be released to all Suppliers on the same Lot at the same time. This Lot includes the provision of ad-hoc recruitment services, such as response handling, CV sifting, amongst others. These services will support Tideway's HR team on individual recruitment campaigns and where additional resource is required. Services required will be called off on an as and when basis via mini competitions.
