Supply of a Single or Two Cavity Die

BRUNEL has a project and a requirement for supply of a set (of one or two cavity) die with several insertsfor use on its FRECH DAK 1600-133 cold chamber high pressure die casting machine at BCAST. The dieis required for making castings with aluminium alloys. The target delivery date of the die-set is 10-12 weeksfollowing placement of order. The die will be purchased by BRUNEL and installed at the AMCC facilities atBrunel University London in Uxbridge. Please note, for avoidance of doubt, the tender is split into two lots. Lot 1 - Single Cavity Die. Lot 2 - Two Cavity Die. The University will only award one lot. That is to say, either Lot 1 only or Lot 2 only. Suppliers are required to register and express interest via the University's electronic tendering site at the following URL: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/bruneluniversity Registration and use of the e-tendering portal is free of charge and places suppliers under no obligation to participate. The University reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the process at any stage. The University does not accept any liability for any costs incurred in the procurement process.
