NCH are looking for providers to provide a system based on these requirements Integrated Payroll and HR system. Data and Reporting must include trend analysis function. Employee records — Plus capacity to upload and access electronic personnel files. Basic Learning and Development function. Ability to program in alerts i.e. end of maternity pay etc. Managers/Employee Self-service portal. Must be able to be accessed agilely / web based. NCH are looking for a suitable provider who can assist in the development of a new system for our HR and Payroll.
