Durham County Council is looking to conduct a future procurement exercise for an Adults Social Care system which will need to cover all statutory operational requirements and also provide extensive functionality to support existing financial processes within the Council. Prior to issuing an Invitation to Tender document the Council has decided to engage the market in a soft market test to understand what is available from suppliers and whether they fit in with the vision of Durham County Council's view on Document Management. The Council currently use an in house system for Adults Social Care Case Management. As a result the Council are trying to understand what is available within the market and whether existing levels of functionality can realistically be met within another single system.
