Community Based Support for the purpose of ‘Option 3’ within The Social Care (Self-directed Support) (Scotland) Act 2013 for Adults with Mental Ill Health, Learning Disability (including young adults with a learning disability in transition from children's services), Physical Disability, Autistic Spectrum Disorder. East Ayrshire Council, on behalf of its service delivery organisation known as the East Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership requires to establish a Framework Agreement to provide Community Based Support for the purpose of ‘Option 3’ within The Social Care (Self-directed Support) (Scotland) Act 2013, ie the Individual chooses for the Council to select the appropriate support and arrange it for the Individual — Community Based Support for Adults with Mental Ill Health.
