Please quote to supply the Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and the Shrewsbury & Telford Hospital NHS Trust with the stated items for a 3 year contract commending 01/07/2017. Please state period you are ABLE TO FIX PRICES FOR, if no period is stated we will assume prices fixed for the full 36 months. Prices offered will be benchmarked using NHS Improvement PPIB tool to ensure we pay the best price. Quanities stated are approx. PA based on historical usage and are a guide only as items will be ordered as & when required during the period.
