Tender description
Health Education England in the east of England has historically supported a cohort of Quality Improvement Fellows each year to develop a baseline of quality improvement skills aligned to recognised methodologies. This programme has supported the Fellows to work on small, local projects, but does not necessarily equip them for more strategic service improvement. Additionally, the future role of these individuals in relation to quality improvement beyond the life of this programme is not known, nor the overall benefits if learning to the wider NHS system.
