Tender description

City of Wolverhampton Council wishes to commission research to understand the work of LEPs and City Regions in developing low carbon and energy projects funded by ERDF and other sources. This research, reporting and dissemination is intended to inform partners, both locally and at BEIS, to enable them to develop, fund and implement more effective low carbon and energy projects. This project builds on a successful LEP benchmarking exercise in 2016, carried out by Sustainability West Midlands. City of Wolverhampton Council, working with BEIS, wishes to repeat and expand this work to include City Regions and to carry out additional research on local delivery of ERDF across England.
