Tender description

This Framework Agreement is for the supply of generic medicines listed in Section Four (4) of the British National Formulary (BNF) to health boards across NHS Scotland. The Goods have been split into five (5) categories, each of which is identified as a ‘Lot’. Full details of each Lot are contained in section II.2 of this notice. Supply of Carbamazepine in a range of presentations to NHS Scotland. The Authority intends awarding as an Unranked Multi-Supplier Framework by Product line. Each product line will be treated as an individual Lot and awarded to an envisaged maximum of six (6) Framework Participants. Full details of Goods and volumes can be found within the ITT. Supply of Lamotrigine tablets and dispersible tablets to NHS Scotland. The Authority intends awarding as an Unranked Multi-Supplier Framework by Product line. Each product line will be treated as an individual Lot and awarded to an envisaged maximum of six (6) Framework Participants. Full details of Goods and volumes can be found within the ITT. Supply of Sodium Valproate in a range of presentations to NHS Scotland. The Authority intends awarding as an Unranked Multi-Supplier Framework by Product line. Each product line will be treated as an individual Lot and awarded to an envisaged maximum of six (6) Framework Participants. Full details of Goods and volumes can be found within the ITT. Supply of Levodopa/Carbidopa/Entacapone film coated tablets to NHS Scotland. The Authority intends awarding as an Unranked Multi-Supplier Framework by Product line. Supply of all other Generic Medicines to NHS Scotland. Each line will be treated as an individual Lot and be awarded on a line by line basis as a single supplier framework to a single supplier.
