Tender description
The provider must be compatible with Whyte & Co's Enforcer on line system. The Odex software will sit on Whyte & Co's network. The software is required to transmit requests to and from the DVLA to request and receive responses on information of registered vehicle keepers details. A folder will sit on the network where the request files from Enforcer will be dropped and a folder where ODEX can drop the response files. Luton Council can then access the information from the DVLA Import screen in Enforcer. Keywords: software
