North Yorkshire County Council, Health and Adult Services are seeking views from you regarding the provision of a service to undertake minor adaptations across the North Yorkshire footprint on behalf of the council and health partners. The new service will commence on the 1st April 2018 and.. The provision of minor adaptations is a key feature of the North Yorkshire approach to enable people to live safely at home and facilitate timely hospital discharge. We are interested in organisations that will undertake the assessment of item of fit and are considering the range of item’s that this would apply to. We also want people to be more resilient and have the means to organise support that they need without coming to Health and Adult Services. We are interested in organisations that would use the opportunity to make available other home improvement activity for the residents of North Yorkshire.
