The council wishes to award contracts for the provision of insurance services for both the council and its family of companies. Please see the lot breakdown and tender pack for full details. Please note that while the council aims to appoint a single provider under each lot, however, the council wishes to award contracts under either Lots 1, 2 and 3 or Lot 8. The process for deciding which lot(s) to award is detailed in the tender pack. Employers Liability, Public and Products Liability, Officials Indemnity, Libel and Slander and Professional Indemnity cover for Cornwall Council, Cornwall Housing Limited, Cornwall Inshore Fisheries and CA, Cormac Solutions Limited and Cornwall Development Company Limited. Operational Motor Fleet, Leased Motor, Employee Salary Sacrifice Leased Vehicle Scheme cover for Cornwall Council, Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service, Cornwall Housing Limited, Cormac Solutions Limited and Cormac Contracting Limited. Please notes that the Council may not ultimately purchase Schools On and Off Site Activities including Work Experience cover due to the increase in Academy schools and schools making own arrangements; however quotations are nonetheless welcomed as a viable scheme may be considered for the forthcoming contract. Engineering Insurance and Engineering Inspection Services for Cornwall Council. Legal Expenses cover for Cornwall Development Company Limited. Covers all policies under Lots 1, 2 and 3. Property, Business Interruption, Money, Computers, Fidelity Guarantee, Employers Liability, Public and Products Liability, Engineering Inspection and Insurance and Group Personal Accident cover for Tamar Bridge and Torpoint Ferry Joint Committee Insurance. Contractors ‘All Risks’ Insurance (including Terrorism), Contractor's Plant and Equipment Insurance, Public and Products Liability Insurance and Employer's Liability Insurance cover for Cormac Contracting Ltd. Contractors ‘All Risks’ Insurance (including Terrorism), Contractor's Plant and Equipment Insurance, Employers Liability Insurance and Public and Products Liability Insurance for the Nottinghamshire JV Company an unnamed joint venture established and owned by (Cormac Limited (51%) and Nottinghamshire County Council (49%). The entity has will undertake highways management work within the County of Nottinghamshire for roads etc. where Nottinghamshire county Council is the statutory authority.
