Tender description
Wiltshire Council has a requirement for Investigating manager training. To satisfy this need we are seeking quotations from suitable suppliers The learning will be part of the training provided for adult social care staff at Wiltshire Council This is to be offered as a 3-day course for staff from Wiltshire Council whose job includes the role of Investigating Manager within the Policy and Procedures for Safeguarding Adults in Wiltshire. The following outcomes need to be met: 1. An overview of the role of Investigating Manager as described in the policy and procedures for safeguarding adults in Wiltshire 2. The roles and responsibilities of others involved in safeguarding adults 3. The good practice requirements of person centred working in safeguarding adults, as described by Making Safeguarding Personal. 4. Recording and report writing- including understanding the dos and don’ts and good practice 5. Use a blend of teaching and case study exercises, to support learning and give the opportunity to put new knowledge into practice. Keywords: investigating training
