Tender description

Appoint a provider of specialist event management services for the next 3 years to maintain the leadership of the Admiralty brand and support the development of the UKHO brand. Around 7/8 global events/seminar p/a requiring venue hire, DMS, management, meet and greet — total cost of each 10 000 - 12 000 GBP. 1 global Conference for maximum c150 delegates every 2 years, total budget c. 100 000 GBP - 150 000 GBP to include hotel accommodation 1-2 nights, delegate day rates, dinner/entertainment, transport and conference support.
