Tender description
North Lincolnshire Council and North Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is inviting tenders to establish a contract for the provision of a carers service. The Service to be provided will be for Carers of children and young people with disabilities aged 0 - 25 years and Carers of adults aged 18 years and over whom reside in North Lincolnshire. Further information and tender documents are available to download via http://www.yortender.co.uk North Lincolnshire Council and the CCG is inviting tenders to establish a contract for the provision of a carers service The Service to be provided will be for Carers of children and young people with disabilities aged 0 - 25 years and Carers of adults aged 18 years and over whom reside in North Lincolnshire. This specification covers provision of carer support for North Lincolnshire, and will provide support to parent Carers of children with disabilities and long term conditions and adult Carers of adults. The specification is for an integrated service which eases transition from parent carer to adult carer in line with the Care Act 2014 and the Children's Act 1989.
