Tender description

Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council invites Tenders for a Supporting People Programme funded, Peripatetic Prevention and Wellbeing Support Service. The Service will replace a patchwork of Floating Support Services in the area and will be Age and Tenure Neutral. The Service will be available ‘on demand’ anywhere within the Neath Port Talbot Borough providing effective and innovative Housing Related Support Services to vulnerable people enabling them to live independently and within the Community. The Supporting People Programme's Strategic Objectives include; — Preventing Homelessness, — Promoting Health and Wellbeing, — Tackling Poverty, — Reducing Social Exclusion and Isolation, — Preventing Institutionalisation; and — Reducing Crime and Disorder.
