Tender description

Provision of an outcomes focused low level housing support service, which will be delivered primarily but not exclusively to older people, who are assessed as requiring sheltered accommodation, within the boundaries of Aberdeen City. The sheltered accommodation is provided by 4 Registered Social Landlords. Provision of a low level housing support service for tenants, seven (7) days per week, fifty two (52) weeks of the year for sixty (60) minutes per week per unit, for a total of 147 units. Provision of a low level housing support service for tenants, seven (7) days per week, fifty two (52) weeks of the year for sixty (60) minutes per week per unit, for a total of 142 units. Provision of a low level housing support service for tenants, seven (7) days per week, fifty two (52) weeks of the year for sixty (60) minutes per week per unit, for a total of 121 units.
