Travel planning services for development site The service provider will be required to undertake the following activities in relation to the Former Fire College Development (site 14/01483), in accordance with the s106 agreement A) Develop and implement a Travel Plan including acting as Travel Plan Co-ordinator B) Deliver personalised Travel Planning to Residents who agree to it C) Monitor the success of the Travel Plan D) Deliver a package of measures to encourage use of sustainable modes such as Bus Season Tickets and Cycle Vouchers (full details of package of proposed incentives to be set out in the prospective providers proposal). The cost of these incentives to be allowed for in the proposal E) Prepare and distribute Travel Information Packs (and update residents of changes) F) Liaise with the Developer, Local County and District Councillors and the Parish Council to keep them regularly informed of activities and progress G) Promotion of local and national sustainable travel events to residents of the development H) Report any relevant issues identified that need attention by the client I) Undertake a baseline travel survey after 50% occupation of the development and further surveys at appropriate intervals thereafter.
