Northern Regional College, hereafter referred to as the Client, is a College of Further and Higher Education in Northern Ireland, with campuses serving the Coleraine, Ballymoney, Magherafelt, Ballymena, and Newtownabbey areas. The Client wishes to appoint a single service provider to deliver Cleaning, Catering, Vending and Ancillary Services, The college provides a wide range of education and training courses to a student population comprising approximately 9 448 part-time and 3 914 full-time enrolments. It employs approximately 391 part-time and 321 full time staff across 6 campuses, figures based on academic year 2015-2016.
