Tender description
The Contract relates to the enforcement of on and off-street parking places, waiting and loading restrictions and other restrictions across the whole of the Borough by the issuing of Penalty Charge Notices (‘PCNs’) by Civil Enforcement Officers (‘CEOs’). PCNs will be processed by the Authority's existing PCN office, which operates the Civica system.
