Tender description

The Contract is for the provision of services to survey, design, install, test, repair, monitor and maintain building energy management systems at each of the University Campuses. The Contract is for the provision of services to survey, design, install, test, repair, monitor and maintain building energy management systems at each of the University Campuses. The services required under this Contract are detailed in the Particular Specification, but can be summarised as follows: — Initial survey and setting-up of systems; — Cyclical maintenance; — General repairs; — Call-out provision for breakdown or repair; — Upgrades, refurbishments and replacements (as may be required from time to time); — Provision of up-to-date outstation strategies.
