Electrical Sub Contracting Works

Tender description

We are seeking to procure up to four sub contractors to work alongside KWL own operational team. All works will be in the Kingston Upon Hull Boundary. The contract will be for a 2-year period commencing on 1st April 2017. The contracts may be extended for a further 1 year period subject to a value for money review which will take into account cost, performance and quality delivered during the original contract term. The estimated annual value of the works is circa £700,000. This is the estimated spend across all sub contractors. KWL can offer no guarantee of spend, volume or frequency of orders made on this area of works. Works on this tender relate to rewires, periodic inspections, smoke alarms and heating installations to domestic dwellings.
