HEE was initially established as a Special Health Authority in June 2012, talking on some functions from October 2012 before assuming full operational responsibilities from April 2013. The contract is being established for sole use by HEE, for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend up to a further 2 years on an annual basis. The requirement for this work stream is to offer further development opportunities including shadowing of more experienced Quality improvement Coaches/Facilitators in an Associate Coach/Facilitator capacity. Involvement in associated, meaningful, quality improvement work, particularly relating to Trusts in difficulty from an education and/or service perspective It would be particularly beneficial if this were to be aligned to, for example, HEE, NHSE or NHSI priority areas.
