GREENSPACE LANDSCAPING WORKS Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for soft landscaping works to three locations in Leighton Buzzard and Houghton Regis, Central Bedfordshire. The contract is to include carrying out large scale landscaping work to three Housing Estates and consists of clearance, landscaping works and planting in order to improve the areas, together with a one year maintenance plan for each project. It is intended that the Contract is awarded for the period September 2017- March 2018 and that a single contractor will be selected. Help and Support - The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you though the Tender process. Questions asked, together with the response, will be made available to all firms quoting, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all. Please review the 'Clarification' tab for any update or responses to any questions raised. Deadline for Expressions of Interest is Friday 7th July 2017. Completed tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via out 'In-Tend' electronic tendering system. Tenders must be uploaded via the 'My Return' section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your tender must be submitted via the 'In-Tend' system no later than 12 noon on Monday 17th July 2017.
