Defra, on behalf of APHA, is seeking to implement a Framework for regional geographical Lots across England and Wales, either for direct delivery of Services (Regional Delivery Model), or to manage the collection, slaughter, salvage and disposal of farmed livestock for TB control purposes via a network of sub-contractors by means of a Fully Managed Service.
