This Framework Agreement is for the supply of reagent strips and blood glucose and/or ketone monitors into both community and acute care environments for use by Healthcare Professionals in NHS Scotland. Supply of blood ketone reagent strips and blood ketone monitors used in both the community and acute care environments by Healthcare Professionals in NHS Scotland. Supply of both blood glucose and ketone reagent strips and dual function measurement monitors used in both the community and acute care environments used by Healthcare Professionals in NHS Scotland. Supply of Accessories used with Lots 1, 2 & 3, including the supply of any ‘free of charge’ items specified within the ITT. Supply of blood glucose reagent strips and blood glucose monitors used in both the community and acute care environments by Healthcare Professionals in NHS Scotland.
