Tender description

Swansea University seeks tenders for the supply and installation, with appropriate commissioning and on-site training, of a Scanning Laser Doppler Vibrometer (SLDV) system for out-of-plane vibration measurement of engineering structures. The system should be flexible, easy to operate and be capable of use as an inter-disciplinary research tool and teaching aid. A later expansion to the capability of acquiring 3D vibration vector information should be guaranteed by the vendor. This equipment is to enhance the experimental facilities of the IMPACT (Innovative Materials, Processing and Numerical Technologies) Research Institute.
