Tender description

Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council proposes to resurface Long Commons car park, Railway Road (Upper) car park and patch repair Railway Road (Lower) car park. Miscellaneous civil engineering works including new and repaired drainage is also proposed. In addition, resurfacing of Ballintoy car park and miscellaneous works has been included for within the pricing document. The works to Ballintoy are provisional only and subject to budgets. Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council retain the right to remove the works from the overall programme if need be. Long Commons will be undertaken first with the works carried out in a phased programme, to be agreed.
