Tender description

Maintenance and development of custom developed multi-agency e-messaging software. The software is a 16 years old electronic message routing system established to share alerts, notifications and assessments about clients/patients between agencies. It is an entirely bespoke system based upon the specified requirements of the Lanarkshire Data Sharing Partnership and all subsequent change requests over the past 16 years. No other system vendor can readily support this software due to its complexity and the fact that it is entirely bespoke. There is no similar system readily configured available commercially.
