Framework Agreement for Safety Case Production and Peer Review Services. Dounreay Site Restoration Limited (DSRL) is seeking the services of a number of consultants to provide Safety Case Production and Peer Review services to support the decommissioning of the Dounreay Site. DSRL is responsible for management of the delivery process from specification to final acceptance of the compliant delivered product; Right first time safety case and peer review products consistent with safe and timely achievement of Interim End State; Proportionality, Product scope to be consistent with assessed risk (both explicit and bounded); Holistic application of ALARP. Optimal use of agreed hold points (both internal and regulatory) within safety case products to expedite project delivery whilst maintaining compliance. DSRL wishes to engage with the Supply Chain to ascertain their appetite for such approach and an Industry Day will be held in the Warrington area during the week commencing 26.6.2017.
