However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The purpose of this service is to provide care and support to people with complex learning disabilities and/or Autism and who may display behaviours which are challenging. Within a setting of a 5 bedroom property which is currently registered with CQC as a residential care home for 5 people. The level of occupancy will be 3 people with the ability for the Council to refer in an additional 2 people who are compatible with the existing Service Users.
