Tender description

EDC require a contractor to design a new Cisco Telephony integration and upgrade the current system by installing the latest version to meet PSN compliance. The new solution shall maintain our current resilience (or supply better) and provide the platform for a new scalable, reliable and resilient telephony solution. The new solution shall provide the same configuration and setup to minimise issues and ease the transition. The Contractor shall upgrade the Telephony system to ensure SMART workers have a physical desk phone, when in a specified EDC location along with the ability that their extension number can move with the worker (extension mobility) at home or on the move.
