Refurb Roof and External Elements Block MQ Magee Campus

Tender description

The Contract is for the provision of Building Contractors for the refurbishment of the roof structure, external windows and the external decoration of Block MQ, Magee Campus. The works will include the removal and replacement of the existing damaged roof structure timbers, the repair of external sash windows and the external decoration (rendered walls, timber sash windows and steel work) of Block MQ, Magee Campus. The block will remain occupied for the duration of the works and 24-hour full access to and use of these areas must remain open during construction period. The works must be commenced early August 2017 and be complete by Friday 29 September 2017.
