Tender description
The Contract is for the provision of Principal Designer Consultancy Services to Ulster University on the Greater Belfast Development (GBD) project in accordance with the requirements of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (NI) 2016. The GBD project comprises of a series of interdependent work packages associated with the delivery, handover and relocation management activities associated with Ulster University’s new Belfast Campus. Construction works are ongoing with completion and handover currently scheduled for the summer of 2019 in advance of the 2019/2020 academic year.
