Parks Improvement Projects at Iverson Road Open Space, Sumatra Road Open Space and Wicklow Street Open Space.

Tender description

The London Borough of Camden is seeking to engage suitably experienced contractors to deliver physical enhancements across the three sites at Iverson Road Open Space, Sumatra Road Open Space and Wicklow Street Open Space. The successful contractor will undertake enhancement works to boundaries, railings, surfacing, play area enhancements, tree works, planting and furniture. The physical enhancement of the sites is to improve the recreational amenity and environmental value of the sites for the benefit of residents and visitors to Camden. The work specified will take into account the need to ensure efficiencies are achieved through the maintenance of the site, including for example the use of more sustainable and low-maintenance planting. This has been a critical consideration during the design process. It is anticipated that the works for this projects will commence in September 2017 with completion due on March 2017.
