Tender description

Rugby Borough Council is inviting Tenders for the purpose of procuring insurances services as detailed in the ITT documents. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This Contract Opportunity is being tendered via an ‘Open’ Tender procedure and is open to eligible suppliers who can provide the Services. The Council proposes to enter into 1 or more Contract(s) for a maximum period of 5 years. The anticipated service commencement date is 1.11.2017. The Services have been divided into work packages (Lots) and Tenderers are invited to bid for all or any of the following Lots: 1. Property (excluding Leasehold Right to Buy); 2. Fidelity Guarantee; 3. Combined Liability; 4. Motor Fleet; 5. Group Personal Accident; 6. Engineering; 7. Package Lot — Lots 1, 3 and 4. Property Insurance Services Including — Property, Business Interruption, Money, Industrial and Commercial Properties and All Risks. Insurance Services Including — Fidelity Guarantee. Combined Liability Insurance Services — Casualty including Employers and Public Liability, Officials and Professional Indemnity, Libel and Slander, Land Charges, Public Health Act and Hirers Liability. Insurance Services Including — Motor Fleet. Insurance Services Including — Group Personal Accident and Business Travel. Insurance Services Including — Engineering Inspection and Insurance. Insurance Services Including — Property, Combined Liability and Motor Fleet. Property Including — Property, Business Interruption, Money, Industrial and Commercial Properties and All Risks. Combined Liability Including — Casualty, Employers and Public Liability, Officials and Professional Indemnity, Libel and Slander, Land Charges, Public Health Act and Hirers Liability. Motor Fleet.
