HCC 05/17 - The Provision of a Flood Risk Procurement - Surface Water Management Plans

Tender description

As the Lead Local Flood Authority (LLFA) for Hertfordshire, the Council wants to gain an improved understanding of local flood risk through district scale Surface Water Management Plans (SWMPs). Assessment at the district scale is convenient due to the district's role in local planning allocation and control, and because of their connections with local Risk Management Authorities (RMAs). This procurement is an Open (one stage process). Suppliers wishing to take part in this project are invited to \"express interest\" which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system. The deadline for Expressions of Interest is 03 July 2017. To be considered as a Bidder you must complete and submit a Bid by the deadline of 12.00 Noon on 03 July 2017.
