Procurement for Housing Scotland are seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced organisation's under a multi-lot Framework Agreement to provide public bodies with the opportunity to purchase Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing (EESSH) Heating Services; identification, Service and Installation of heating measures and associated works in order to meet their varying requirements within a changing marketplace. Energy Performance Certificate Surveys. Domestic heating services installations for property types detailed within Appendix V1, V2 and V3. 1, 3 and 5 star gas servicing including annual servicing provided to a number of different properties throughout Scotland. Off gas servicing for a number of different property types throughout Scotland. Mains gas servicing on commercial properties. Installation of new gas commercial gas heating systems. Installation of domestic renewable heating services. Installation of commercial renewable heating services. New installation of all high heat retention storage heaters in domestic properties. Managing agents required to deliver the EESSH programme of works. Land and environmental surveys. Design, primarily, of energy centres for district heating schemes. Off Gas servicing for commercial properties.
