Tender description

The Department of Engineering Technology is the oldest department in Waterford Institute of Technology. The Department currently has 15 education programmes ranging from Apprenticeship up to NFQ Level 9 Masters on the National Framework of Qualifications. The department has continued to develop apprenticeship programmes and has been allocated funding along with other Institutes of Technology to update the electrical equipment in the workshop. This upgrade is to facilitate the introduction of the new Version 4.1 of the Electrical Apprenticeship. This tender is being submitted on behalf of the following Institutes of Technology: Dundalk Institute of Technology (DKIT), Galway/Mayo Institute of Technology (GMIT), Institute of Technology Carlow (ITC), Limerick Institute of Technology (LIT), Waterford Institute of Technology (WIT).
